Shipping labels can be purchased up to 10 days prior to your actual shipment date. The future date will print on the label.
Enter the dimensions of your shipment rounding up to the nearest inch (enter the longest edge as the Length). FedEx® may audit/re-measure your package to verify accuracy. Shipping a package with improper dimensions or dimensions exceeding 130-inches Length + Girth will result in a dimensions correction surcharge which will be reflected in the total price due at checkout.
The maximum allowable package size is 165-inches Length + Girth (Girth = 2H + 2W). FedEx® will not deliver packages exceeding 165-inches Length + Girth. Overnight Bikes reserves the option to suspend or terminate a member account without refund for misrepresenting package size.

As a bicycle shipping service we believe shipping insurance coverage can be best provided by an insurance carrier capable of offering multi-risk policy protection to all types of cyclists.
Neither Overnight Bikes nor FedEx® offer insurance coverage of any kind. To limit risk exposure due to loss or damage that may occur in transit, we encourage members to transfer risk to a third-party insurance provider. (e.g., Velosurance) before shipping your package.
Enter delivery information for the recipient. Shipping to an incorrect address may result in an undeliverable package and/or address correction surcharge per the Terms of Service. Note the following:

If shipping directly to a bike shop, contact the store prior to shipping to notify them of your incoming shipment and expected delivery date. Include the store name as the business name and your name as the first and last name. This will ensure your shipment can be easily identified when it is delivered.
Contact information provided will appear as the sender address and phone number on each shipping label. Choose ‘Edit’ to modify default sender information.

FedEx® may release the package without anyone present. This option may not be available for all shipments or destinations. See the FedEx Service Guide® for more details.
FedEx® obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx® will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning package to sender. Member account will be invoiced separately for returned shipments. This option may not be available for all shipments. See the FedEx Service Guide® for more details.

Package(s) must be dropped off no later than 4:30pm (Monday-Friday) at your local FedEx Office® location to ensure transit begins the following business day.
All shipments are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight® delivery to any destination in the United States for $99 flat rate*. Next business day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses and delivery by 5pm to some rural and remote areas.
